Leaving

I've totally had enough of VM. I've not been in a contract with VM since 2019 and after so much hassle with my broadband connection and slow running speed I decided enough was enough. But they've tried to sweet talk me in to staying I kindly rejected their offer now suddenly I've got to give them 30 days notice. What a cheek, they left me up until now thinking I was still in contract with them neglected to inform me I wasn't.

VM have no time for us loyal existing customers, and care more about new customers. I'm fummin.

Re: Leaving

you have always had to give 30 days notice.
you are always in the contract. After the minimum term you move to a 30 day rolling contract.

The requirement of 30 days is always there and part of your contract

Re: Leaving

Good morning @tinygirl

Welcome back to the forums and thank you for taking the time to post.

As advised by @Anonymous, 30 days notice is always required to end your contract.

Kind regards,
