Is a updated contract the same as a new 12 month contract?

Hi.

When checking online it shows my contract as starting in October 2018 with an update in June 2019. Does this mean I am tied into a new contract from June 2019 until June 2020 or out of contract from October 2019?

Just a suggestion but wouldn’t it be clearer and unambiguous for the contract details page to say either your IN or OUT of contract?

Hi PompeySurfer, thanks for getting in touch.

Sorry for any confusion around your contract. This would usually only be the case if there were changes to the service - such as a speed increase.

Have there been any changes like that with your services since initial contract was taken out?

Hi Tom

Thanks for your reply.
That will explain it - increased speed to 350 last summer. So I guess I’m in contract until 12 months are up?
