Been incorrectly billed for my new contract. Spoken to billing and they say I have to speak to Oomph team. They then put me through and message says office closed ( at 12.30p.m!) and cuts off?
Seems no one can sort this out. No external direct number for this team. Tried for 1 hour with chatline last night and this also failed! It is just incredible how poor customer service is.
Any suggestions on how I can get this resolved!
Have been trying to get hold of Oomph team to sort out my billing as they have been overcharging me!
Billing keep passing me to the Oomph team and I get a message saying Oomph Team closed in middle of day and then line goes dead!
Just terrible Customer Service!
