Hello,

I have also signed up for £10 a month and spoke to customer services to confirm this was set up but my bill is still showing as £42. 

Not sure what is going on?

Hello, I am also in the same boat. I signed up to a £10 deal but have received a contract for £24.

I am due for set up date of May 2nd.

I have screenshots and emails to prove this. 

Please advise.

In addition to what i I posted above, the email they sent me now says my contract is now £28 a month Not  sure how others are getting £24.

Hopefully they'll honour our £10 deal

Hey there,

I'm in the same boat too (I think you'll find a lot may be), having signed up pre-9:00AM on 02-APR, and then having received:

- email confirmation of the price (£10 p/m over 12 months)
- installation date (this Tuesday!)
- contract stating £42 p/m

For love nor money, I can't get hold of anyone via phone, that text number ending in 1809, or via social media.

Help would be appreciated, thank you.

I also have the wrong contract price.

Ordered early evening on April 1st and confirmation email says £10 but contract says £42

There should be a £50 Amazon voucher as well?

Hi. I signed up for £10/100MB/S on 1/4/20. I got email confirmation and then contract for £42pcm. I have my hub and activated. Please can you sort my contract to the correct amount I signed up for?
