Over an hour ago, I came to my computer to do one simple task. To amend an engineer appointment set for the end of this month. I followed all the instructions, downloaded the app to my smartphone, and searched the desktop of the app for any appointment details. None were there. I found a link to appointments under my profile/account details. Nobody mentioned it being there. But when I clicked it, it showed no appointments booked, even though on my desktop computer it does show one.
I've tried hanging on the phone for over 30 minutes before I had to hang up. I went through a whole set of repetitive questions via whatsapp and am now apparently going to be sent a time when best to ring. wth. I simply want to amend an appointment. I would take someone just a minute to do.
I've got to leave all of this now undone. I have other things to do which will mean I can't monitor my phone. Why on earth is this service so complicated and failing?
