How to remove Kids Picks, and how did it even appear anyway?

So I have just noticed that I have something called Kids Picks appearing on my bill at a cost of £5. Since I have no kids, it seems unlikely I want this, or would have selected it.

Looking back through previous bills, I can see it was listing in the Ultimate Volt Bundle but not as a separate cost. Then in July's bill it started being noted as "Includes £5.00 of Personal Picks" and was moved into a separate bulleted list with a heading of "Personal picks" which also bizarrely included "Sky Sports and Cinema Collection" but that was listed twice!

Then the last 2 bills have removed the duplicated "Sky Sports and Cinema Collection" but still have the Kids Pick and a note it is costing £5.

So how can I get rid of this?

Same here. I've never asked for this, so why have Virgin sneaked it in as a supposed "Personal Pick"?

In order to look into this for you further, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.

From a chat using their webchat it appears it is part of the Ultimate Volt bundle even though there is a line below my monthly total saying it is a £5 extra.
