Hello, i just recieve my bills by post, i am trying to register my account on the virgin media app on my phone, when putting my details from my bills, my name , account num and area ref , it is not accepting my details, instead it is telling me that "we can't find an account with the detail provided " please can you help

Thanks for reaching out to us, when creating an online account the website will ask you for your 10 digit account number, if your account number only has 9 digits then you would need to place a '0' in front of your account number.
Please try that way and let us know how you get on.
