Haven’t received welcome email

Hi, I haven’t received my welcome email. I received my pre contract details, stating my new hub would be delivered today. I haven’t had any emails from virgin media since then & since I haven’t had my welcome email I don’t know my account number or area reference so can’t sign up for an account. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you.
