Hi I also signed up with an offer of a amazon gift card, my order date was 18.05.201 and install date was on the 29/05/2021. Please could this be looked into. I joined via a link that was sent to me via virgin chat.

Yes I have checked my junk email. the offer was a amazon voucher for signing up to virgin broadband. I remember discussing the move over webchat and the agent sent me a link to the promotion site to apply.
