First direct debit taken and incorrect

Hi further to my earlier thread about my contract incorrect and subsequent many phone calls later to CS I was informed that my bill had been corrected. A moderator on here also messaged me to confirm it was all correct.

So the first direct debit has been taken and it is not correct  and I have over paid. So how do I get a refund and ensure next month is correct please!

the first DD is for 2 months

Its not the two months payment that's the issue but I've just spoken to CS and all resolved. The best time to ring CS is 8am got through straight away!
