Hi just a quick question. I’ve just received my first bill and on the virgin media app it says my payment date is the 4th of march but when I go to to the website MyVirginMedia and login to my account there it says my payment date is the 6th of march? Also on my app it says the payment is overdue and I should pay immediately but my first bill has just been generated today 20th February and have been given a direct debit payment date of march 4 on the app and march 6 on the website? What should I do? Thanks for ur time xx
