End of contract

Hi,

 

my contract ended in April, hence my monthly payment has increased.

 

i tried to call but obviously there is no one available in sales (only if you wish to speak with India) I did however try without any luck.

 

normally I would ring up & be able to negotiate a decent deal & renew my contract.

 

Any idea how I could do this under the current circumstances as don’t want to keep paying the new monthly amount.

you can still call in. It just takes longer to get though
