Can anyone help me please? Ive lost count how many times I’ve tried verifying my email to gain access to my virgin media account. I received one email to verify my email which came up as expired, since then I’ve not received any. Argh! Rather frustrating to say the least.

Honestly after moving from Cornwall to Coventry recently I’ve no idea, i’m so sorry. I am pretty sure that it’s registering for the online account thats causing me issues. I did go to register in order to view my bill etc but I’m not receiving any emails from your end. Hence my inability to actually verify my email address. I’ve tried many times but nothing is being received at my end. It’s not landing in my junk/spam folder either. Any help would be much appreciated as I’m desperate to use my account with VM as a form of verifying my address for other things.
