Damaged cable box on wall

The cable box (brown box on the wall of my property) has been damaged for some time now. When I had virgin media installed, they decided to use this pre existing box which was worse for wear already. 
Since then, there has been a few storms and bad winds which had caused the box to come off the wall multiple times. I’ve had to stick it down with strong tape, but it still comes off. 
I tried to ring up, but there’s no luck on the phones with explaining my issue from the options provided. Can someone from VM please reply and get me a technician?
