Credit amount after Loss of Service

Hello,

I have recently had a loss of service for around 3 months and would like confirmation of the total credit on our account. We lost all service on 24th October 2019 and regained service on 31st January 2020.

 

Below is the link to a thread on this site with regards my total loss:

Please confirm the total credit account that is applied to our account based on the Virgin Media Automatic Compensation Scheme;

Thanks for your post Mark and I'm sorry to see that you've been having issues with your services over the last 3 months.

 

Can you tell me if you've raised a complaint in regards to this matter?

 

If so, can you confirm the complaint reference number for me?

As stated in my previous thread about the loss of service the complaint is COM103776733.

 

Just to confirm with you I only want to confirm the credit that has been added to my account based on our loss of service and your automatic compensation scheme. If you need any of my account details I can private message them to you to access the account.
