I need to speak with someone in the credit amendments team. I need a letter from Virgin Media to confirm that they have removed the defaults against my credit score. This has already been removed but our bank are demanding a letter before they will approve our mortgage. I have emailed the credit file team for this letter but have had no response in over 14 days. I have called customer support multiple times. PLEASE is there anyone I can speak to in the UK offices? I only need the email VM sent to me put onto a letter head and signed by VM.
