Contract Renewel/Change

Hello

I have a 24 month contract with Virgin that runs for another 11 months. My first 12 months were £60 and then it has gone up to £90 as expected.

I have Virgin TV, phone and Internet.

I'd like to keep my internet and the TV package but maybe adjust it slightly, but remove the phone line as I do not use it.

I'd also preferably like to reduce what I'm now paying as it's excessive for what I actually have compared to other broadcasters and companies etc.

Does anyone know what I can or can't do? Obviously I can leave and pay a fee which I'd like to avoid. But do I have to wait until the 24 months is up? Or can I renegotiate a contract now?

Many thanks

Re: Contract Renewel/Change

as you are in a contract you will not be able to downgrade/drop services without maying the EDF for the services you cancel or downgrade.

You agreed that contact for the minimum term at the now higher cost. VM will let you upgrade but not downgrade until you are at the end of the contract
