Contact Us link broken

Hi - the contact us link on the home page of your site is broken - it links to an offer for Broadband deals. I'm sure this is intentional as the alternative would mean that customers would be able to make contact with you. Obviously this would be a serious inconvenience for any customer service department, so I fully sympathise, but has anyone at your organisation considered that contacting you may be what customers actually want to do when they click on the "contact us" link.

Apologies if I'm telling you something you already know, and this may really work for you. In which case can I suggest that the "complaints" link is redirected to something equally unrelated, perhaps Ann Summers loyalty programme, NASA's FAQ page or the Chinese Communist Party's recruitment section?

If you like these ideas, can I get a job?

OK, it's the HTML link at the bottom of the page that's broken:

I was getting strange redirects yesterday with the virginmedia.com homepage repeatedly taking me to a page for existing customers (which I am not).

Your link URL above is now a different link on the VM page footer.

VM's contact links generally just send you around in circles without actually providing a simple list of contact options and information. VM would prefer it if customers didn't actually contact them!

I've just checked and the "Contact Us" link in the navigation bar at the bottom of the https://www.virginmedia.com/broadband  page

leads directly to https://www.virginmedia.com/help/contact-us

I also have https://www.virginmedia.com/help/contact-us saved as a bookmark and it works for me without any issues.
