I asked for my package to be reduced. As i was struggling for 3 mths that beecame a battle and i ended up literally no heating to pay my bill... Then a manager contacted me and reduced my bill by adding a phone line apparebtly... However virgin cancelled the install until feb 21 and lo and behold again this month i have been wrongly charged
4 mths in a row.
Im sick of it now
Please someone contact me so i can end my conract... Cos other companies seem to actually care about their customers
This company is making me choose between food and heating or my kids being able to log on school e learning and me being able to contact family when we are all sheilding

So that I can get this correct, are you wanting to raise a complaint and a cancellation order to leave us or would you like to raise a complaint with us and get your package amended to what was promised before?
You arranged callback last month...even tho the manager claims to have fixed the package hes actually added a phone line to it which means its more money and charged me for it even tho you apparently cannot install it until february
