Hi Ayisha_B, regrettably I still do not have a land line that can receive calls and I still don't have any replies to my written complaints except for the complaints team advising by e-mail that they were unable to contact me and that I should ring the help desk!!!!!!! .
Since transferring from Sky in early March :-
I can't receive incoming calls.
I can't use the internet in the room where I have always previously used it.
I am still waiting for a booster that was discussed when transferring.
