Charges

Can you please direct me to who I need to talk to,  I have been trying for two hours to get throught to the right department re: my billing - my charges have gone up considerably this month and cannot accept the cost, wish to cancel or can you offer better deal?  Please help with this.

Same number as you have been trying. No change. Keep trying. If your discounted deal is coming to an end you would have known this when you signed up?
