I was initially charged £40 for not returning Virgin Kit. I explained could not access my flat during covid, so I finally returned the kit in December. I received an email from Virgin when the kit wwas received saying the charge would be reversed, and was told on the phone that a cheque would be sent to me. This has not happened and i have not been refunded for the charge even though the kit was returned in pristine condition. Can anyone advise how I can get a refund?
