Changed my package and Yodel is sending me something and I've not done this.!

Just got an email and text from VM saying thank you for changing my package and a date when Yodel will be delivering something to me?
1. I didn't change anything and I have no idea what this !
2. I've no idea what they are sending me and I doubt I will be in to receive this mystery thing. Checked my account and I can see no orders of any kind. The email and text seem to be the real deal! 
I will call VM tomorrow to find out what this could be and report back here . Guess I should be a mind reader!

Sorry to hear of the confusion caused by the recent email received in regards to your account, package and a delivery, we can understand the confusion and appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forums.

 

You mentioned you have checked your online account and there are no  'orders' showing or pending. Are the services still showing the same as before as in the different services ad tiers? Have you had any emails in the last few weeks about any upcoming potential speed boosts etc?

 

Let us know or let us know how the call goes tomorrow.

I have checked my account and there is an order but it does not say what it is. I have also checked my emails from VM for the past two months and there is nothing about any changes expect the landline phone fibre adaptor but this has been completed weeks ago . The mystery order says it now to late to change the date and need to call to do this or cancel the order! I'm 100% completely in dark as to what is going on here!!

It would seem it's a self-install pack what ever that is ? Talk about wasting my time. Can I send a bill to VM for wasting it 🤔😠. Anyway the mystery item is coming by  Yodel so I doubt it get here anyway, 😂
