Change to package, incorrect payment amount on new contract email

Hello,

I spoke with one of your agents on Jan 19th and made some changes to my package, having been out of contract for several years.

I was assured that the new contract bill from Feb 2021 would be £60 per month for 18 months, followed by £68 per month thereafter.

I have now received an email stating that it will be £87.85 for 18 months, followed by £95.85.

This is considerably more than I agreed to when speaking - can you please tell me that this email is incorrect and I will in fact be billed £60 from Feb 2021 and £68 from July 2022?
