Cant log in to Virgin Media account

For the past few days I have been unable to receive emails from my virgin.net account.  I have attempted to log in to my virgin media account to try resetting the password but cannot gain access to my account. I have tried the options to reset the password of the virgin media account but am told my security question is incorrect.  I have entered my latest bill and account details as requested and this too is rejected as incorrect.  I have tried over multiple devices.

Any help would be much appreciated.

The easiest way to get a hold of someone is to message our first-line support on our live online chat. They are the best chance of getting someone to fix this issue.

Thanks for the response but I can't seem to find the live chat section.  The contact links go round in cirlcles with Cornavirus notices etc. Can you point me to it?

I have found it. I switched browsers and the chat box has now appeared.
