Cannot register for a virgin media online account to view e-bills online

Online Account Registration: I input my surname, my account number, my Area Ref, my Email Address, my Password, answer my security questions, then the issue is - the submit button is greyed out, so I am unable to click it to complete registration.

I need help from a virgin media virgin media technician.

I'm sorry you're having problems setting up an online account. I can appreciate you want to get this sorted out as soon as possible.

 

Have you tried using a different browser/device?

 

Is every bit of required information filled in?

 

Can you also try clearing the cookies/cache?
