I signed up for Virgin Broadband on the 14th May, I've had email confirmations and contracts sent through, and a delivery date for the WiFi box, but I cannot log into my account. it won't accept my password and trying to reset it just tells me that my email address is incorrect, even though its the same email address I've been sent all the documents. Even going through and filling in my account number and details is coming back as 'not found'

If you're still awaiting the setup/installation, some of the details required to set up the online account may not be available yet, we would recommend trying again after the installation/set up and you should be able to use the details at that time.
