Cannot create virgin account

Have been a customer for around 2 months now. Have been unable to create a virgin media account so I cannot access the virgin media app or the Bill's and upgrading section? 

Why is this when i last spoke to someone they told me to give it some time but now it has been a few months and is a bit frustrating

Security all passed 

I will need to flag this with our IT Team to get sorted 

They can take around 7 days or so 

I will pop back on here and send you a message as soon as I have an update

Any updates yet on this? 

I've now lost all of my web safe settings so many pages have been blocked, even blocking amazon?

You'll be lucky. I've been awaiting a resolution for this for over 6 weeks and I've had a ticket raised since the 15 July. It has been escalated continually and I've not heard a peep from the IT team who are supposedly dealing with it. I'm not the only customer having this issue either.

Thanks for letting me know, and it's not just me! 

More quality service this from virgin, really poor since joining, they dont seem to resolve anything!

No I have been given no ticket reference, the previous forum team member messaged me yesterday saying it had been escalated.
