Cancelling

I called 150 and gave 30 days notice too leave. This was done and a date given when this would happen.

I have not received an email confirming this and there is no mention of this when I log into my account on line.

I am concerned this has not been done as the agent seemed very offish. Is there a way of checking without calling 150 again.

I know you’d prefer not to phone again but try calling retentions:

VM phone line: 150

Non VM phone line: 03454541111

Retentions: Option 1, 4 then option 5.

Not calling.

I have made a complaint through the website.

The direct debit will then be canceled on the date given and the service never used again after that date.

Cancelling the direct debit is not recommended as it will leave you open to a poor credit rating & even a Bailiff visit if you refuse to pay any bill which is generated.

You should await confirmation that your account has been cancelled.

Well after another phone call and requesting confirmation be sent to email, no email received.

Shocking customer service.

Maybe I will get lucky on phone call number 1005? lol.
