I phoned on the 21 Jan to give notice I would be cancelling my package when the contract is due for renewal on the 8 March and asked for confirmation either email or letter. I have heard nothing since, and oddly on my account it is now showing ‘I ordered BroadbandTv/Phone’ on the 22 Jan! It’s a nightmare trying to get through by phone and the online help is useless and tell you to phone. Any suggestions what I should do.....anyone have the address where I can put it in writing please?
