This has not happened. Just received another bill from Virgin -even although my account should be cancelled. Will someone please take ownership of this problem and investigate?

If this is not resolved in the next seven days, I will begin legal proceedings against Virgin Media, contact OFCOM and ensure that the local papers and social media are made aware of this shocking customer service.

Hi Lynn_Malone, thanks for the message and sorry to hear that you have issues with the cancellation, once the letter is received we will book the disconnection from that date as per the 30 days notice policy. Chris

The letter was received on 27th January, account is still active, contract has not been cancelled.
