I want to cancel my contract immediately and give the 30 days notice. Can I do this inline or have to wait nearly 3 weeks for the text service to put me through to the right department or phone to which I’m on hold forever and then disconnected. Been trying now for three weeks to cancel this shocking service and still being charged full price even though I’ve also requested god knows how many times to cancel the sports channels
Cancellations can be done over the phone (150/ 0345 454 1111) by text (+44753 305 1809) or by post (virg.in/VMcontact).
The phone lines are busier than usual at the moment sorry about that, so it may be best to text - if there is any delay getting back to you the teams can back-date the disconnection based on the initial message you sent confirming your 30 days notice.
