Can’t sign into my virgin account

Hasn’t let me sign for two days when i need to access the app!!! Get it sorted or i will go elsewhere!!

I am sorry to hear you are having some issues signing into your My Virgin Media. 

 

Do you get any specific error message?

 

Are you having the same problem via the web browser and app?

It just says that there is technical problems. I have had this every time i’ve tried to log in.

I see.
