Hi roughly 2 years ago I got divorced and I took the account over I'm now the account holder my ex-wife's name was removed however now that I've gone to sign in and to recover email it tells me that the email address registered is my ex-wife's however all the bills and everything go to my email
Basically I am unable to reset my password or even register a password due to this email being on my account even though so it should have been removed please help

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums.
I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your online account access, did you change your email address to be the primary address on your online account?
Bills would be sent to the registered contact email address that can be different to the online account login information.
Have you ever been able to access your online account since you took over the account from your ex wife?
