So every time I try log into my account via the browser it ends up stuck on loading and refuses to actually log me in. I need to change the child safe web settings which it won’t let me do via the app, but the website is completely refusing to load to log me in. Any idea what I can do? I’ve tried clearing my browser and nothing seems to be working.
Have you tried using an icognito window, or a different browser?
