I seem to have a secondary account when there shouldn’t be one and now can’t access my billings. Please help?

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you're having an issue with accessing your billing.
If you are using a secondary account details then you would need to revert to using primary details instead.
We can certainly check this out for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you.
