My username is recognised but despite changing my password several times, I cannot login.
I've cleared my cookies & cache so unsure what else I can do.
Is this a Virgin problem?

Can you confirm if you get any error message when trying to sign in?
Just the standard "you've got the wrong username or password"
When trying to reset my password , I answer all the security questions and change my password - then I get the same message when trying to login again!

Since yesterday, I cant log into web mail either. Even when I request a password reset, I am greeted with "acct does not exist".
What to do?
Luckily, I have another session already open, but I dare not log out or reboot.
I am currently having same problem as bloomer. Tried to log in to view account to simply get in touch with virgin media and it sends me around in a circle on password reset!
