This depends what exactly you're looking for
You should be able to download a copy of your package agreement from within your myVM online account, while the T&Cs for provision of services are available at https://www.virginmedia.com/legal/fibre-optic-services-terms-conditions
The "out of contract" reference that most people commonly use, just means you are out of a minimum contractual term but are still subject to 30days notice to cancel any services.

Sorry to see you are wanting to leave us. If you wish to give your 30 days’ notice you can do it by just sending a text with a description of the cancellation to 07533 051809 this will go into a queue, or you can send a letter to Virgin Media, Sunderland, SR43 4AA.
