Can someone please PM about a black Friday upgrade not yet been processed yet?
I already have the new hub hoping its an easy upgrade.

I am so sorry your black Friday deal has not yet been updated, it can take up to 14 days for the deals to process. 

If after this time you do not have any updates please do let us know and we will be happy to chase this.
