Hi @KidOry,

Welcome to our Community Forums! Thank you for your first post and I'm very sorry to hear that you're having some issues with your bills!

Have you taken a look at your contract online to see if it has expired? Once you're out of the contracted period, your applied discounts will no longer apply. You can take a look at your bill breakdown on our Bill Explainer page which will do into more detail where you can find more information about your discounts and contract.

Please take a look to see if this is the reason why your bill price has increased. If you're looking to amend your package and take out a new contract, please give our team a call directly on 150/ 03454541111 or text us on 07533051809 where our team will be able to look into this further for you and find a package that is best suited for you. Unfortunately, we're unable to process package changes on this platform, but our team will be more than happy to help.

Let us know if you need any more assistance with your bills going forward. 🙂

Thanks!
