Billing

Contacted Virgin Media 13th March to negotiate a new contract as mine was ending. Contract agreed at lower price. Just recieved my new bill 17th March, it is showing that I must pay the higher fee and not the agreed price. Will this be reflected in my next bill or does this mean that the agreed price has not been honoured?

You will most likely pay the lower bill next time.
