Billing

Why has my bill suddenly shot up £7 a month in May? I haven't changed my package?  I received no notification that this would be happening?  Has this happened to anyone else?

I am sorry to hear your bill has increased unexpectedly. 

 

£7 sounds like a discount has come to an end. If you have your most recent bill to hand and your last months bill, there should be information regarding your discounts.  Please get back to me if this is not the case.

Hi Nat,

Thanks.  I did speak to someone at VM and yes that is what happened.  I have negotiated a new contract with them now.  Thanks for your advice.

Yes that was it - loyalty discount expired.  I've spoken to them and renegotiated.
