Billing

  • Hi my bill has just come through and I pay by direct debit,if i make any payments will the amount get reduced when the direct debit comes out or will it take the amount on the bill

this needs to be done 5+ days before the billing date is, since if you add money to your account it will sit as credit until you contact customer services to apply it against your bill.

Welcome to the forum, I hope that you will find everything you need if not, Just give one of us a shout. 

 

Regarding you bill payments, If you call the customer service team they will be able to take a payment for the bill and then amend the direct debit amount..

 

However, If you paid some online the direct debit wouldn't be amended and the money you pay would be added as a credit ready for your next bill.
