Billing problems

Hi there I cannot get through to customer services and I have an issue with my bill. I've now been cut off with posts being ignored via here as well. How can I sort my account out and solve my query if you have no one to speak too. Can someone please help look into my account please

Sorry you've been unable to get through to our Customer Services with regards to your billing query. We pick up each post that require help and we don't intentionally ignore posts and I'm sorry you think this way.

 

Can you give us some more information about your billing issue so we can help?
