There doesn't seem to be a forum for this question?
Recently VM was good enough to "unstick " my contract after granting me a discount.
The response was, the contract was put in place and I would get a refund for the next month and a big reduction for this month.
OK so far. No payment from my bank for the past month and half price is due this month.
Now I'm confused and so is VM
Having refunded all of it last month, I'm now told if I do not clear the bill (by paying nothing, I suppose?) I shall be cut off unceremoniously, like now!
There are bits on the samer lines and my dashboard says I need to get a new contract.
It's all above my tiny brain and I should be grateful if "anyone out there" could help me please? I really don't want to have anything cut off!
