Bill credit issue

Hi, when I first joined the offer for joining was £50 bill credit. I have received 3 bills now and no mention of the credit.

Any one on here able to help please?

When taking this offer did you receive the confirmation email stating this on it? You may begin picking this offer but if you change your package at all during the process before installation then this may move onto a different deal which does not include the credit. 

 

Please check the offer confirmation email and let us know if this was listed as the offer accepted. You can check this on your online account.

Hi Emily, I have checked back on my welcome email and yes it does state the £50 bill credit
