Paid minimum payment (£101) to have services restored which never happened, virgin stated to pay remaining £94 to have services reinstated within 10 minutes reluctantly did so and now hours later still have no services, unable to live chat with anyone🙄 Also keep receiving pop-up to pay £0.00 to bill?🤨 3 very unhappy teenagers and one fed up mum who is now £195 worse off and nothing to show for it😠…..well except channel 4😂 should have just stuck to a digi-box cheaper and at the best of times has more channels👌🏽😂

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your services being re-instated after a non pay disconnect. 

Please could you let me know when you paid the bill off? It can take up to 24 hours for the services to start working again after this.
