Guys I didn't get Stacy's surname and she was not allowed to give it to me but she I believe works in customer retentions and I spoke to her during the week about my contract and she was really lovely super fantastic so helpful and asked me kindly to wait until the end of the week as she said there would be some new deals coming on board. She kindly agreed to honour the deal that she offered on the Wednesday however she didn't manage to call me back on Friday which I was a little bit disappointed about but anyway managed to speak to one of her colleagues today in the phillipines and was absolutely blown over with a fantastic contract and I wanted to say a massive thank you to Virgin Media for looking after me and won't be going anywhere soon!
