BILL COST EXCESSIVE

Hi,

We are currently out of contract and have the full house bundle.

the cost for this is £90+

it really makes me mad that new customers can got the same for a lot less.

I know it is just to entice them to commit to a contract but as a loyal customer I think its wrong.

would someone from Virgin get in touch with me to discuss my options please?

I am also looking to take out a mobile phone contract too.

many thanks

craig

Re: BILL COST EXCESSIVE

new cusomter get it at the going rate but get a new customer discount.

You can't keep that discount for even.

the standard costs after new customer discounts is £83 for the bigger bundle

not sure what service you have so I can;t really say how much it should be

Re: BILL COST EXCESSIVE

so pretty much would be bigger bundle now if you have no tv addons.
So £83/month

Re: BILL COST EXCESSIVE

I would concur with the £83 but remember there would no kids channels normally - extra £5, although they are currently being supplied free during CV.

You would likely get a small discount in return for a new minimum period through Retentions but expect a long wait to get through.

Re: BILL COST EXCESSIVE

thanks for that.

so we really should be getting it for less?

even if we had the top bundle we should be paying less.

how to I get in touch about this?

granted there are far bigger issues in the world at the moment.

The Full House TV tier is no longer offered to new customers it is a legacy package that you will continue on at the post introductory price until you speak to VM and ask them to change you to a current package.  There is no current TV tier that exactly matches Full House, Maxit TV is the closest (minus some kids channels) and it is what I changed to from Full House.

Calling VM is the only way to change your package.

You can get a discount of £9.25 per month by pausing BT Sport as it is included in the Full House package:

http://www.virginmedia.com/pausesports

It will take a few days to get processed, but does not require you to wait on the phone for a long time.
