The level of customer service is dreadful. After holding on to customer services for nearly half an hour I finally got to speak to someone, he then put me on hold again while he got more information to see if they could match the Sky offer. Then the call was cut off. I will be going to Sky as they have offered me a better deal. Virgin Media have a nerve to call itself a communications company, snail mail is faster than them.

Our customer service team wouldn't have done that intentionally, but I do understand how much stress and trouble this may have caused.
We do offer some amazing deals for existing customers here. Or If you wish to give your 30 days notice you can just send a text with a description of the cancellation to 07533 051809 this will go into a queue, or you can send a letter to Virgin Media, Sunderland, SR43 4AA. I can also make a complaint for you if you wish regarding this. I will send you a PM.

It is now 4 months since I complained of the poor customer service, apart from an email telling me it was taking a bit longer to sort out, I have heard nothing. It is a good job VM are not a communications company.
